Why be a sponsor

Monthly Lunch Program Sponsorship:  $550

  • Free admittance for two to the lunch program.
  • Ribbons identifying your attendees as sponsors.
  • Two-minute speaking opportunity at the beginning of the program.
  • Distribution of marketing materials and/or give-away items at the meeting and/or providing a door prize for a drawing (all optional).
  • Listing as a sponsor in the quarterly KC CREW newsletter.
  • Recognition as a sponsor in the meeting announcement.
  • Listing as a sponsor in the quarterly KC CREW newsletter.
  • Recognition as a sponsor in the Business Journal advertisement.
  • Listing on our website at www.crewkansascity.org.
  • Recognition as a sponsor on the bi-weekly E-Blast newsletter
  • During month of sponsorship,
    • company logo and link to company home page to be displayed on KC CREW home page
    • company logo and link, along with company contact information will be in a featured area of the Sponsors page
  • Company name and contact information to be listed on the KC CREW Sponsors page for the remainder of the calendar upon payment receipt.

Optional Monthly Lunch Sponsor Web Site Benefit:  $150
Display of your company logo and link to your website home page (or other specified web page within your site) on the Sponsors page of KC CREW website for the remainder of the calendar year upon receipt of payment of the full $700 fee (monthly lunch sponsorship plus optional web site benefit fee). The earlier in the year payment is received, the greater the benefit!

Gold Level Annual Sponsorship:  $2,500 per year
National Benefits:

  • Company name printed on all convention materials, including brochures, program, web site, annual report.

Local Benefits:

  • One monthly lunch program sponsorship (includes benefits listed in that section).
  • Industry exclusivity at the Gold Level (although not guaranteed for your monthly program sponsorship).

Ongoing Local Marketing:

  • Listed on all meeting announcements as a Gold Sponsor.
  • Featured Gold Sponsor listing on monthly Business Journal ad.
  • Listed on “Thank You Gold Sponsors” poster at monthly programs.
  • Your company logo, along with link to your website home page, on KC CREW’s web site home page, www.crewkansascity.org, during the year of sponsorship.
  • Your company logo, link to your website home page, and contact information for your designated representative in a featured area of the Sponsors page.
  • Featured Gold Sponsors listing on bi-weekly E-Blast newsletters.
  • Business card-size black & white ad in the local Membership Directory. (Color ads are available at an additional cost.)
  • Quarter-page black & white ad in all quarterly newsletters for the year, plus one story or guest column during the year. (Color ads are available at an additional cost.)
  • Ribbon on name tags for all company reps identifying Gold Sponsor level at monthly luncheon programs.
  • One free lunch per program, plus up to three lunches at the member rate per program.   
  • One free membership, subject to standard eligibility requirements and Board approval of member. No refunds given for lack of eligible member (value $290 Voting/$235 Associate/$450 Affiliate).

Platinum Level Annual Sponsorship:  $5,000
National Benefits:

  • Company name printed on all CREW Network convention materials, including brochures, program, website, annual report.
  • Half-page black & white CREW Network ad in Convention Book.
  • Web site listing on CREW Network website.

Local Benefits:

  • One monthly lunch program sponsorship (includes benefits listed in that section).
  • Industry exclusivity at the Platinum Level (although not guaranteed for your monthly program sponsorship).
  • Podium time at a special event: Introduction at one (1) of our special events (non-monthly luncheon program).

Ongoing Local Marketing:

  • Listed on all meeting announcements as a Platinum Sponsor.
  • Featured Platinum Sponsor listing on monthly Business Journal ad.
  • Listed on Platinum Sponsors banner at KC CREW activities.
  • Your company logo, along with link to your website home page, on KC CREW’s web site in a featured area on the home page, www.crewkansascity.org, during the year of sponsorship.
  • Your company logo, link to your website home page, and contact information for your designated representatives in the Platinum Sponsor section at the very top of the Sponsors page.
  • Featured Platinum Sponsors listing in top left section on bi-weekly E-Blast newsletters.
  • Full page black & white ad on local membership directory. (Color ads are available at an additional cost.)
  • Half-page color ad in quarterly newsletters, plus one story or guest column during the year.
  • Ribbon on name tags for all company reps identifying Platinum sponsor level at monthly luncheon programs.
  • Two free lunches per program, plus up to five lunches at the member rate per program.   
  • Two free memberships, subject to standard eligibility requirements and Board approval of members. No refunds given for lack of eligible members (value $580 Voting/$470 Associate/$900 Affiliate).

Sponsorship payments made to KC CREW are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
