Holiday Party 

KC CREW and CCIM toasted another successful year in commercial real estate with hopes for an even brighter 2010, by touring the new downtown headquarters of JE Dunn Construction Company on December 8, 2009.  Over 150 members and guests enjoyed great food, drinks and networking at our annual holiday party. JE Dunn’s headquarters is located at 11th and Locust with an adjacent parking garage. It is the first LEED Gold certified corporate headquarters project in Kansas City.  JE Dunn had to recycle or divert at least 75% of all construction waste from the landfill; they had to use energy alternatives to help curb gas usage; and at least 10% of all materials used in the building were extracted, processed and manufactured within a 500-mile radius of Kansas City.
