Description: The Trails is a mixed-use development anchored by an 18,500-seat Wizards soccer stadium and including 12 tournament soccer fields, 1.1 million square feet of retail, 1.6 million square feet of offices and four hotels. If financing falls into place, developers hope to break ground summer of 2008 and have the stadium and tournament soccer fields open by 2010. The three-phase project will take seven to 10 years to complete.
