KC CREW is a non-profit organization of commercial real estate professionals affiliated nationally through membership in the CREW Network, providing opportunities for networking, education, leadership development and civic/philanthropic involvement.  KC CREW's mission is to advance the success of women in commercial real estate.  Our goal is to achieve this parity in opportunity, influence and power in the commercial real estate industry.  KC CREW promotes the highest standards of ethics and integrity and seeks to positively influence the direction of Kansas City's commercial real estate industry and community.

KC CREW offers a variety of educational and networking opportunities.  The third Tuesday of each month KC CREW holds a Lunch Program at the Mission Hills Country Club.  These luncheons include time to network as well as a presentation related to current events in local commercial real estate.  Past programs have ranged from the proposed Kansas City Performing Arts Center, to the Historic Building Preservation, to Trends in Corporate Real Estate.  In addition, each year KC CREW presents its Annual Impact Award, which honors a person or company from the Kansas City commercial real estate industry for their impact on the community as well as their outstanding achievements.  In 2010 we added two more awards to this category:  Project of the Year (which recognizes a commercial real estate project in the greater Kansas City area that has made a significant impact on the real estate industry) and Member of the Year (which recognizes a member of KC CREW who has demonstrated her commitment to the organization and the Kansas City area through her volunteerism and service within KC CREW and to the entire community).

KC CREW also hosts Happy Hours at various locations throughout the Kansas City Metro Area.  Not only do the Happy Hours offer an opportunity to network, but they also allow attendees to view new projects first hand with tours of properties.
